He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marlin E. Adams and Nancy Adams (Faux); his wife Marsha Adams (Cumming); his children, Charles Dowling, Jr. (Kerri), William Dowling (Teresa), Joseph Dowling (Tiffany), Heather Frontz (Michael) and Lori Dowling; and his siblings, Alan, Sue and Mark. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren; and 1 great-granddaughter.
