It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Messick (Middletown, Pennsylvania), born in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 29, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Paul Bricker; and her husband Mylin M. Messick. She is survived by: her parent Margie Ulrich Bricker; and her children, Patricia L. Kuharic (George M.), Sarah M. Runkle (Douglas A.), Joseph M. Messick (Dorothy D.) of Middletown and Michael D. Messick of Highspire. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in memory of Doris to her church, Spring Creek Church of the Brethren, 335 East Areba Avenue, Hershey, PA 17033; or to Hospice of Central PA, 1320 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
