It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Jean Neff of Middletown, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Myers and Ruth Myers (Flory); and her husband Randall R. Neff. She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth A. Slonaker (Eric) of East Berlin; her stepdaughter Tiffany Donohoe (Joseph) of Harrisburg; her siblings, Robert Myers (Barbara), C. Edward Myers, Paul Michael Myers, Judy Kuether (Robert) and Nancy Crum (Stan); and her grandsons, Dominic and Asher Slonaker.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial contributions please be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
