It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Willman of Middletown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 3, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Frank Witherow (Cynthia) and Barbara Duvall (Richard); and his brother Harry Sowers Jr.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren.
