It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L. Gilbert of Middletown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 18, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gilbert and Helen Gilbert (Keeler). He is survived by: his children, David Gilbert of Strasburg, John Gilbert of Douglasville, Roxanne Waltz of Manheim and Betsy Hess of Elizabethtown; and his close friend Helen Hankins. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in David's name to the Middletown Home, 999 W. Harrisburg Pike, Middletown, PA 17057.
