Hernandez, Jr. (Leylany) of Willow Street, PA; her siblings, Damian Colon, Emma Colon, Margarita Colon, Alejandrina Colon and Nilsa Colon; and her grandchildren, Maria, Jailene, Kaylani, Jonathan of Jazmine, M. J. and Damian.
