It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Williams (Middletown, Pennsylvania), born in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 4, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wagner and Ida Wagner (Lewis); her husband Richard Williams; and her daughter Karen Markel. She is survived by: her son Kenneth R. Williams of Middletown; and her sister Joyce Bedillion (David) of Washington, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
