With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol L Hoffman of Middletown, Pennsylvania, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on September 2, 2023 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lashell and Betty Lashell (Quinn); and her former husband Sam Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband John H. Dimeler III; her children, Sarah L. Esin (Stephen Eshenour), Ashley R. Murphy (Seth Baluch), Bobby S. Hoffman (Amber Leonard), Calie E. Cline (Michael Behrendt) and Emily G. Dimeler (Christopher Gorrie); her grandchildren, Madison Eshenour, Lauren Murphy, Mckaela Hoffman, Brycen Hoffman, Gauge Baer, Aurora Behrendt and Charli Gorrie; and her sisters, Lori Dively, Debbie Wallace and Jackie Lincoln. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family has requested that any memorial contributions be made in her name to the Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 260 E. Main St. Middletown to help offset the funeral expenses.
