He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas M. Packard and Gloria J. Packard (Kreiser); and his nephews, Michael C. Barnes Jr. and Baby Thomas M. Packard. He is survived by: his sons, Bryan K. (Heather) and Tyler W. Packard (Mandie); his siblings, Thomas K. Packard (Melissa) and Robbin L. Honeycutt (Roy); his nephews, Jason A. Barnes (Samantha) and Alex K. Packard; his niece Kylee A. Packard; and his grandsons, Bryson K and Wyatt S. Packard.
