He was predeceased by: his parent Jack Ulsh; his wife Denise Ulsh (DeMichael); and his sister Bonnie Crump (Ulsh). He is survived by: his parent Thelma Ulsh (Lindsey); his brother Barry Ulsh of Middletown; and his brother-in-law Anthony DeMichael of Harrisburg. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
