It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian K. Mateer of Middletown, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 9, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Lori Ann Mateer; and his father Donald W. Mateer, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Sheila Cantwell Mateer Kannegieser; his stepfather Charles Kannegieser of Harrisburg; his siblings, Terence K. Mateer of Harrisburg and Catherine T. Mateer Shoemaker Miller (Michael Miller) of Harrisburg; and his stepsiblings, Charles Kannegieser (Jeryl Kannegieser) of Ickesburg, Robert Kannegieser (Robert Reed) of Shermans Dale and Deborah Kerr (Mark) of Dauphin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In keeping with current health guidelines, attendees are encouraged to exercise proper precautions including the wearing of face coverings and appropriate social distancing.
