He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gallagher and Verna Gallagher (Morawski). He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Gallagher (Gallo); his daughter Theresa "Tree" Gallagher; and his siblings-in-law, John and MaryAnn Bell.
