He is survived by: his parents, Beatrice A. Gassman (Ivon) and Sherwood E. Fuller; his wife Ann Marie "Annie" Fuller (Porto); his children, Brian L. (Lauren Fuller) of Harrisburg, Mark J. Howk of Lancaster, Matthew B. Howk of Middletown, Michael D. Howk of Middletown, Brandon J. Howk of Middletown and Chelsea A. Howk; and his siblings, Roy, Bill Smith and Judy Smith.
