He is survived by: his children, Michelle Johnson and Terry Lee Orner; his grandchildren, Kelly, Elizabeth Kennedy, Sierra Putt, Jessica Johnson, Jeniell Johnson and Brittany Orner; his great grandchildren, Rochelle Campbell, Zander Kennedy and Luna Kuhn; and his siblings, Jerry Keys, Dianne Hollis and Dawn Swails-Behrens.
