She was predeceased by: her parents, William Otto Wilson and Iris Drucilla Wilson (Frazier); her husband William Rehrer of Middletown; and her brother William Otto Wilson, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, William, Terry Rehrer and Dianne Rehrer of Martinsburg; her grandson Dallas Rehrer; and her brothers, Marvin Eugene Wilson (Carolyn) of Martinsburg and James David Wilson (Dorothy) of Winchester. She is also survived by friends and her extended family of cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
