She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry L. Welter and Catherine Welter; her husband Paul Flickinger; and her sisters, Catherine Shick and Evelyn Zettlemoyer.
She is survived by: her siblings, Helen Bailey of Harrisburg, Harry Welter (Elaine) of Florida and Leroy Welter (Jeanne) of New Cumberland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
