She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Manfred and Mary Manfred (Adams); and her siblings, Frank Manfred Jr., Philip Manfred, George Manfred, Caroline Gorup and Mary Laubenstine.
She is survived by: her husband Milton Bilger; her daughters, Marie Fuoti (Daniel) and Debra Goggin; her grandchildren, Danielle Fuoti (Chris Gabner), Greg Fuoti (Courtney), Tyler Goggin (Victoria) and Tanner Goggin; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Bella, Sophia of Cataleya, TJ, Trace and True.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Homeland Hospice at 2300 Vartan Way, Suite 270 Harrisburg, PA 17110.
