Starner, Jr. of Dillsburg and Sean (Deanna Starner) of Surprise, AZ; his stepchildren, Jason A. (Sharon Hicks) of Oberlin, PA and Bobbie J. Hicks of Dundalk, MD; his grandchildren, Addison, Pressley and Grayson Starner; his stepgrandchildren, Rayne, Jaedyn, McKenzie and Aaron Hicks; and his sister Donna Bownaze of Mechanicsburg.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Beginnings Church (630 S Union St, Middletown, PA 17057). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
