He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Bower and Helen Bower (Hulslander); and his brothers, Donald and Charles Bower. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Bower (Stewart); his children, Kris Bower (Liz) of Middlebury Center, PA, Carl Bower (Heidi) of Tioga, PA and Jess Bower (Nick Bowling) of Fort Mill, SC; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Delaney, Scarlett, Kroy and Bella; his brother Daniel Bower (Beth) of Tioga, PA; and his father-in-law Robert Stewart of Tioga, PA..
