Southard of Middlebury Center, Pennsylvania, born in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 30, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Southard and Myrtle Southard (Gleason); his siblings, Ernie Southard, Carl Southard, Dick Southard, Charles Southard, Lewis Southard, Earl Southard, Janet Sherman, Mildred Stone and Anna Cline; and his granddaughter Jenna Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Smith-Southard (Merkley); his children, Jason Southard (Maria) of Toupsburg, NY, Jolynn Southard-Irvine (Corey) of Toupsburg, NY, Brett Southard, Ronald Southard (Danielle) of Tioga, PA and April Jacobs (Ken) of Middlebury Center, PA; his stepchildren, Rick Krahmer (Lizabeta) of Irondequiot, NY and Ann Matis (Jospeh) of Canadaigua, NY; and his siblings, Everett Southard of Lawrenceville, PA, Robert Southard (Linda) of Middlebury Center, PA and June Sherman of Elkland, PA. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
