He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Mark and Mary Adelaide Burdick (Ludwig). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Burdick (Rall); and his sons, Robert Rice of Tioga, PA, Mike Applebee (Christine) of Mansfield, PA, Gale Applebee of Middlebury Center, PA and Brett Applebee (Michelle) of Mainesburg, PA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, two brothers and six sisters along with many other family members and friends.
