He is survived by: his children, Steven Sargent of Middlebury Center, PA, Rick Sargent, Brian Sargent of Middlebury Center, PA and Barbara Short of Wellsboro, PA; and his sisters, Joyce Mattison (Clair) of Wellsboro, PA and Gloria Weader of Holley, NY. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
