Richard A. Casper Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Casper of Middlebury Center, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 8, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah A. Casper; his parents, Charles Casper and Naomi W. Casper; and his siblings, Charles Casper and Cheryl Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Harley, Kimberly A. Beveridge (Francis) and Richard F. Casper; and his brother Ronald Casper. He is also survived by wife and dear friends.
Due to the pandemic his family has chosen to do a private viewing and funeral service at Campbell and Thomas Funeral Home with interment following at George Washington Memorial Park.
