We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2020, at the age of 57, Penny K. Bacon (Middlebury Center, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rice and Marion Rice (Gill); and her siblings, Donnie Rice and Robin Jenkins. She is survived by: her children, Russell "Rus" Hill of Mansfield, Melissa Bergen of Wellsboro and Rebecca "Becky" Hill of Troy; and her siblings, Todd Rice of Tioga, Dorothy Rice of Shamokin, Roxanne VanZile (Paul) of Westfield and Vicki Clark of Middlebury Center. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
