He is survived by: his children, Mike Applebee (Christine), Gale Applebee (Missie), Brett Applebee (Michele), Wanita Applebee, Wanda Coolidge, Mylea Mathews, Carolyn Baxter (Wayne) and Christine Deihl; his sisters, Katherine Holliday (Laverne) and Donna Perkins; and his granddaughter Tiffany Applebee. He is also survived by grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
