He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. and Elizabeth Wagner (Elsenheimer). He is survived by: his wife Audrey Wagner; his daughters, Deborah Campbell of Middlebury Center, PA and Melanie Love of Middlebury Center, PA; and his sisters, Mary Ann Bachman of Wellsboro, PA and Carol Davis (Gene) of Dillsburg, PA. He is also survived by three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
