He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fry and Marguerite Fry (McClain); and his sisters, Betty Mellott and Joyce Honeychurch. He is survived by: his wife Carol Poese; his daughter-in-law Rusty (Shari Fry); his daughters, Gail L. Shipmen of Bixby, Lynne Moore of Bixby and Jody (William Weist); his grandchildren, Jason (Alicia Fry) of York, April Moore of Tulsa, Justin Shipmen, Austin Shipmen of Bixby and Jacob Weist of Middleburg; his great grandchildren, Carter and Atley Fry of York; and his son Daniel Fry.
