Blackwell of Middleburg, Pennsylvania, born in Venice, Florida, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandchild Jamie. She is survived by: her parents, Willis "Peck" M. Gruber and Betty A. Gruber of Hummelstown; her husband Frank H. Blackwell; her children, Amanda Wattman (Jay) of Duncannon, Lee Blackwell (Kolby) of Middleburg, Cheyenne Neilson (Bill) of Middleburg, Mikala Meckley (Gavin) of Winfield, Montanna Womer (Preston) of Middleburg, Shelby (Wyatt) of Middleburg and Alana Blackwell of Middleburg; her grandchildren, Adleigh, Easton, Landen, Kenleigh, Gage, Kit and Everlee; and her sister Brenda Gruber of Harrisburg.
