She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde E. Baker and Irene Baker (Finzel); her former husband Paul Yutzy; her grandson Jeremy Yutzy; and her brother Robert E. Baker.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Coughenour; her children, Deborah Yutzy and Dean Yutzy (Mary Helen); her grandchildren, Brandon Yutzy (Lori), Amber Shaffer (DJ), Justin Yutzy, Paige Hetz (Glen) and Presley Yutzy; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Lilly, Morgan, Mason, Brinlee and Makenna; her siblings, Carolyn Jean Crowe, Luann Smith and Larry Baker (Jeanne); and her siblings-in-law, Thelma Baker, Maude Kimmel, Mary Lehman and Rev. Sam Coughenour (Margie).
Masks and social distancing are required.
