He was predeceased by: his parents, John Caton and Mary Caton (Fuller); his wife Melda C. Caton (Butler); and his siblings, Veda, Beulah, Agnes, Rosemary, Harry and Sheridan.
He is survived by: his sons, Marty Caton and Wade Caton (Debra); his grandson Wes Caton; and his sister Myrtle Race. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given in his name to the Hostetler Church of the Brethren.
