He was predeceased by: his mother Marie G. Devlin; his grandchildren, Michael Kelley and Bart Kelley; and his great grandchild Trennen Sigmund. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Miller; his children, Steve Kelley of Meyersdale, Earlene LeCompte (Rob) of Frederick, MD, Veronica Cashmer (Jim) of DuBois, Janie Gnagey (Terry) of Meyersdale and MaryLou Hackney of Charlestown, WV; his grandchildren, Laura Sigmund, Erin Kelley, Brad Rakushin, Jenna LeCompte, Tyler Cashmer, Tessa Cashmer, Mandy Yoder, Kelley Butler, Matt Gnagey and Alexandra Hackney; his great grandchildren, Quinton Sigmund, Torin Sigmund, Jaden Yoder, Gannon Yoder, Hunter Strope and Leland Butler; and his brother Gerry Devlin of Baltimore, MD.
