She is survived by: her parents, Orville Bittinger and Edna Bittinger; her husband Robert Thomas Kelly Jr.; her sisters, Wilma Hutzel and Helen Newman; and her children, Keith Kelly, Patricia Crouse, Jeffery Kelly and Karen Avey. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
