She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Phennicie and Mollie Phennicie (Sweeney); and her husband Harvey W. Moser. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey A. Moser (Alicia), Bonnie J. Yommer (Ken), Grantsville, MD and Andrew W. Moser (Nicole); her grandchildren, Rachelle L. Linares (Anthony) of Blanchard, OK, Corinne E. Schoenherr (Jimmy) of Frankfurt, Germany, Matthew A. Moser of Pittsburgh, Brandi R. Ross (Shaun) of Grantsville, MD, Kristin M. Beeman (Matthew) of Frostburg, MD, Keena A. Shaffer (Joshua) of Hamburg, Heath A. Moser of Davidsville and Quinn M. Moser of Davidsville; her great grandchildren, Austin Ross, Olivia, Judah Beeman, Maverick Shaffer and Kalum Linares; and her sister Barbara A. Albright.
The family requests masks and social distancing be followed for the visitation and funeral service.
