With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Ackerman of Meyersdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 14, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel S. Baer and Matilda Baer (Knepp); her husband Elwood B. Ackerman; and her siblings, Bertha Paul and Alfred Baer.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Cannon (David) of Transfer, PA, Darla Korns (Warren) of Meyersdale and Terry Paul (Kathy) of Meyersdale; her grandchildren, Beth Miller (Brad), Tricia Miller (Rob), Scott Cannon (Emily), Renee Kalp (Jeff), Megan Snyder (Ed) and Natalie Paul; and her great grandchildren, Jarod, Evan, Owen Miller, Madison, Alex Cannon, Nathan Miller, Aidan, Easton and Gavin Kalp.
