She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Bornyak; her children, Robert S. Bornyak (Marshelle), Brian Bornyak, Tammy Bornyak and Jennifer Hamer (Allen); her grandchildren, Brian Bornyak, Jr., Ashley Rugg (Owen), Carson Hamer, Hannah Hamer and Carly Hamer; and her sister Marie Rhoads (Duane).
