She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Shultz and Hilda Shultz (Ebaugh); and her sister Sandy Jenkins. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Rodrigues (John) and Rebecca Mason (John); her grandchildren, Samuel, Quinn and Eli; and her siblings, Janet Woods, Linda Javan and Jerry Shultz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
