It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert L. Long of Meyersdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 6, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde O. Long and Blanche K. Long (Kimmel). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn "Susie" Long; his sons, Chad Long (Nicole) and Todd Long (Rachel); his grandchildren, Eva, Noelle, Lilliana and Juliet; and his siblings, Wayne Long (Paula), David Long, Carol Bowman (Wendell), Tom Long (Barbara) and Owen Long (Cindi).

Memorial contributions may be given to Friends of Compassion at Meyersdale Church of the Brethren, 9 Beachley St., Meyersdale, PA 15552.
