He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Ellen Wilson, Anna Ash, Merle Berkley and Carol Berkley. He is survived by: his wife Norma Berkley; his daughter Terrie Fowler (Bruce) of Forest Hills; and his siblings, Lewis Berkley (Sally) of Somerset, Jane Werner (late Harold) of Meyersdale and Wayne Berkley (Joann) of Meyersdale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
