She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her daughter Amanda Malcolm (Michael); her brothers, Paul Hay and Larry Hay; her nieces, Mya, Katelyn Hay and Kaley McKenzie; and her friend Robin Nedrow of Meyersdale.
