He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael O'Neil and Susan O'Neil (Kern); and his wife Rita G. O'Neil. He is survived by: his brothers, Eugene O'Neil (Emma Jean) and Ken O'Neil (Lynnie); and his nieces and nephews, Tammy, Jeff Hoover, Heidi O'Neil, Michael S. O'Neil, Ryan, Jacque O'Neil, Roger O'Neil, Brenda Kern, Bradley Garlitz (Tammy), Greggory Garlitz (Nancy), Carol Shuck, Wade Shumaker (Jane), John Shumaker Jr. (Elizabeth) and Carlene Shumaker.
