She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyd B. and Thelma J. Deist Sr. (Butler); and her husband Charles Ralph Bland. She is survived by: her children, Michael Sipple (Lisa) and Jennifer Sipple (Herbert Engle Jr.); her grandchildren, Trevor Sipple (Alyson), Kylie Sipple and Sarah Winner; her great grandchildren, Cohen and Calista; her siblings, Cloyd B. Deist Jr. (Mary Alice), Richard Deist (Mary Ann) and Shirley Hickman; and her stepchildren, Kimberly Burnett, Linda Smith and Michael Smith.
