She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman A. Neimiller and Ida Neimiller (Hoover); her former husband Charles George "Chippy" Weimer; her husband Joseph E. Dickey; her daughter Judy L. Weimer; her great grandchild Aaron Edward Short; and her siblings, Norman "Mick" Neimiller, Carrie Gill, Elsie McCann, Julia Roberts and Ellen Vought.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lisa Michael (Keith), Brian Short (Dawn), Todd Short and Jodie Alfonso; her great grandchildren, Kristi Fisher (Aaron), Christopher Short, Katelin Michael, Tanner Short, Grant Marker and Carrie Beth Short; and her great great grandchildren, Kaelyn Short, Keegan Fisher, Addison Fisher and Kinlee Short.
