He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Miner and Elizabeth Grow Miner; and his brother George Miner. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ann Gregory; his children, Cindy (Bill Howells), Lora (William Seidel) of Meshoppen and William (Beth Miner) of Meshoppen; and his siblings, Shelby (Ray Riker) of Montrose, Ed (Lula Miner) of Friendsville, John (Peg Miner) of Elk Lake and Dale (Geraldine Miner) of Tunkhannock. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
