He was predeceased by: his parents, Leeroy, Jr. Gregory and Norma Mason Gregory; and his siblings, Charles (Chuck), Robert, Linden (Zeke) and Jeannie.
He is survived by: his close friend Margie Lane; his children, Lee Gregory (Genevieve) of Carbondale, Jason Gregory of Nicholson and Kerri Gregory of Wilkes-Barre; his siblings, Dan Gregory of East Lemon and Donna Mead (Larry) of Georgia; his sister-in-law Mary Kay Gregory of Nicholson; and his nephew Walter Sherwood, Jr. of Meshoppen. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
