He was predeceased by: his parent George Gregory Sr.; and his nieces and nephews, Bobby Welles, Angel Welles Jones, Lisa Vaow and Joseph Drozd.

He is survived by: his parent Catherine Gregory; his son Rexford Gregory Jr.; his wife Kandi of Montrose; his daughter Georgina Gregory of Springville; his grandchildren, Rexford Gregory III, Cheyenne Gregory, Jamie Wandall, Starr Nonnemacher, Destiny Nonnemacher, Dakota Herne, Destiny Warfle and Searra Warfle; his great grandchild Nevaeh Warfle; his siblings, Evelyn, Maggie, Hegedty of Laceyville, George Gregory (Carol) of Meshoppen, Patricia Barrett (James) of Hayesville, N. C., Pam Stoddard (Lenny Fitzgerald) of Dushore, Willowmea, Willie, Hoover (Robert) of Dushore and Dawn Drozd (Scott Christ) of New Albany; and his friends, Peter Teetsel, Sue Teetsel of Meshoppen, Albert Harvey and Allyson Harvey of Harveys Lake.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made toward the funeral expenses for Rex.
