He is survived by: his parents, Earl D. Collins of New Milford, PA and Sharon J. Nulton Collins of Meshoppen, PA; his wife Barbara Warfle Collins; his son Bryan Gerald Johnson; and his sisters, Susan Collins Tiffany (Phillip) of Montrose, PA, Julie Collins Lech (Jason) of Peckville, PA, Lisa Collins Proof (Larry) of Montrose, PA and Sherry Collins Doble (Thomas) of Clarks Summit, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
