George Leroy Laird Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Leroy Laird (Meshoppen, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 21, 2005, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor C. Crosby Frantz and Weston Frantz; his brothers, Robert Frantz and Charles Frantz; and also Norman A. Laird.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Underwood Laird; his children, Tammy Salsman (Mike Goodwin) of Tunkhannock, Todd Salsman (Esther Laird) of Las Vegas and Tina Salsman of Wyalusing; his grandchildren, Nathan Goodwin (Kate) of Clarks Green, Brandon Holzlein of Laceyville, Ryan Goodwin of Newtown, David Cornelius (Shala) of Meshoppen, Emily Cornelius of Meshoppen, Molly Goodwin of Tunkhannock and Jacob Laird of Las Vegas; his great grandchildren, Kaydance Holzlein of Meshoppen, Sophia Kelly of Meshoppen, Ryder Holzlein of Meshoppen, Avery Goodwin of Clarks Green and Macey Cornelius of Meshoppen; and his siblings, Gerald Laird (Betty) of Temecula, Robert Laird (Anna) of Meshoppen and Mildred Golden of Barto.
