With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence L. Helmacy of Meshoppen, Pennsylvania, born in Franklin, New Jersey, who passed away on January 8, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Terrill and Mary Jane Blewett Terrill; her daughter Stephanie Pezzato; her siblings, Audrey Walters, William Henry Terrill II, Ernest John Harry Terrill and Kenneth Terrill; and her daughter-in-law Judy Franek.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas C. Helmacy; and her children, Christine Eckman of Gettysburg, PA, Stephen Franek of Gettysburg, PA, Michael Franek (Debbie) of Branchville, NJ, Mark Franek of Franklin, NJ, Maryellen Downing of Hilton Head, SC, Louis Helmacy (Sarah) of Towson, MD, Joan Pulliam (Barry) of Westfield, NJ and Jill Rogaz (Chris) of Prospect, CT.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
