She was predeceased by: her husband William M. Stang, Jr.; her parents, Ralph Sherwood and Bessie Ace Sherwood; and her siblings, Don Sherwood, Jean Arner, Marge Lamoreaux and Arlene Sickler.
She is survived by: her children, Milton, William (Rosana), Dennis (Cindy) and Rebecca Shappell (Fred). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
