He is survived by: his sons, Carman Spadafora Jr. and Robert Spadafora; his stepsons, Greg Brecker (Michelle), Charles Allen and Mark Allen (Carrie); and his grandchildren, Leah Brecker, Karlee Brecker, Victoria Allen and Christopher Brecker.
